Talits Estate

A morning of portraits with Georgia getting ready at Talits Estate.

Last December Georgia and her husband Josh where married at Adams Peak in Broke, Hunter Valley. I was already photographing a wedding that day in the Hunter Valley but being daylight savings was on our side, I had plenty of time to frolic and photograph magic of Georgia and her incredible friends and family the morning of her wedding.

I have photographed weddings at Talits Estate a few times, and every time this boutique Hunter Valley wedding venue is even more glorious than the time before.

What I love most is (the wine… did I mentored its also a boutique cellar door?) this venue can be utilised as accomodation for a weekend away, or small intimate weddings and elopements. I believe the wedding guest count has to be under 50 (but double check with Talits Estate). The Hunter Valley truly has it all, and Talits Estate is like a mini Italy in the Hunter, we where part of a VOGUE Brides campaign in February last year at Talits Estate, because of the covid pandemic overseas travel wasn’t an option.

As you know, I love proposals, weddings, and elopements, everything that these days and weekends encompass. It’s the stardust, beams of smiles, tears, the in-between moments and glance. Every corner of Talits Estate is breathtaking to photograph.
